Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Our
natural stone fairy and gnome garden homes are shipped by UPS Ground.
Shipping rates will range from $35 to $65 (within the United States) depending
on weight and size. The shipping will be noted in the description of each home and will be added to order
at checkout. If ordering multiple homes, they will be shipped separately in order to avoid damage.
Local Pick-up in Inver
Grove Heights, Minnesota
If you are local and would
like to pick up your stone fairy or gnome garden house at our Display Garden in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota,
please do not use the "shopping cart feature" because shipping is automatically added. Click her for Local Orders.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your new fairy or gnome home, you
may return the item within 30 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping by UPS to the following address:
Natural Landscape Minnesota, Inc. at 7178 Cahill Avenue, Inver Grove
Heights, MN 55076.
A refund for the price of the home only (minus original
shipping charge) will be issued to your credit card within 30 days. Before returning, please send us an email to info@naturallandscapemn.com and let us know that you will be returning an item and reason for return,
we will confirm your method of payment, receipt of the item and and that a refund has been issued.
